Internship For the Summer

Black Sheep Publicity is looking for Sumer interns to learn about Publicity and Promotions. The focus of Black Sheep is Print Press media (magazines & papers), Online (webzines, blogs, My Space) and College Radio promotions specifically in the genre of Hip Hop and Reggae. This could turn into a paid position in the fall if you
are a good fit for the company and demonstrate fallow through, attention to detail and an outgoing personality. I am excepting 4 interns for the summer. I am looking for someone who wants to learn how to write a press releases, target fans, build data bases, do street promotions and learn what it takes to run a small business. I am looking for someone who is 21 and older to head Black Sheep’s Street team at 21 and over venues in Oregon and Washington. Black Sheep Publicity works with writers, DJ’s, Models, Pro Athletes (mostly snowboarders), Musicians, TV and Video companies.

I am looking for skills in these areas:
Creative Writing (for press releases)
Communication (phone presence)
Microsoft Publisher, Word and Excel for data base entry.
Photoshop
Photography
Web design

You need to be:
Dependable (has own car or is very comfortable with the bus system)
Organized
Fun loving
